Choosing the best location for you
We try and be flexible in the way we work, so it may well be possible to organise a visit to Sussex at unusual times. Unfortunately, we cannot be that flexible in the London appointments as the clinic hours are fixed and transport can add to the complication. The Hale Clinic is located in Central London, just outside the congestion charging area at the bottom of Harley Street. So very convenient to visitors who are travelling a long way, arriving either by train or plane, and also has advantages for those living in the South of London or the South of England.

Postal/Telephone Appointments
Although it is always preferable for
both the patient and the therapist to have at least one face to face visit, preferably the first
visit, we recognise that it is not always possible. For a initial postal/telephone appointment
you need to complete the Nutrition Questionnaire and post it or email it to us. Once it has reached
the top of the lists and there is available time to schedule an appointment you will be contacted and
a time arranged for you to phone, Skype, or facetime for your nutritional consultation. Telephone consultations for follow
up visits are quite common and these are usually booked at the time of your previous consultations.
