For a healthy pregnancy a healthy diet and digestive system are essential to make a healthy mum and dad. You can take matters into your own hands and make sure that you are in the peak of health before you try to fall pregnant.

This booklet explains some of the things that you can do for yourself, giving you ideas to not only improve your health but the health of not only your children but your grandchildren. Remember that the eggs that will become your grandchildren are formed in your womb, if that baby is a girl.

What's in the booklet?

  • It takes 12 months to make a baby
  • Reasons for Sub-fertility
  • Mail and Femail Reproductive Health
  • Issues that Effect your Fertility
  • Factors Important for a Healthy Digestion

  • What to do now?
